Choose the product you want, select the available options, and add it to your cart. After reviewing the contents of your cart, proceed to checkout and enter the required information. Once you're done, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

The payment methods currently available are displayed directly on the checkout page. Availability may vary depending on the country and the order configuration.

To request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@valtierri.com: we will check to see if it is still possible to make the change.

To request a cancellation, log in to your account, go to the «Orders» section, and select «Request Cancellation,» if available. You can submit the request before the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. The request will be reviewed by our customer service team; submitting the request does not automatically cancel the order. You will receive the outcome via email.

The available destinations are listed during checkout. If your country does not appear among the selectable destinations, please contact us at info@valtierri.com before placing your order.

Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from payment confirmation for European destinations currently served. This timeframe includes order preparation and shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive any available tracking information.

The applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized. Any special conditions are listed on the “Shipping and Returns” page.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery from the Orders section of your account or by emailing info@valtierri.com—even if you simply change your mind—and return the item within 14 days of submitting your request. You may try the item on at home as usual. Keep the original accessories; avoid outdoor use, washing, strong odors, stains, and damage. Simply removing the tag does not automatically disqualify a return: any actual decrease in value caused by handling beyond normal inspection may be deducted within the limits of the law. Return shipping to Italy is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defects or errors on VALTIERRI’s part. Please see the Shipping, Returns, and Refunds page for the full terms and conditions and information on how initial shipping costs are handled.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of notification of cancellation, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. It may be withheld until the products are received or proof of their shipment is provided, whichever comes first. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the payment method. See Shipping, Returns, and Refunds for rules regarding shipping costs and any reductions in value.

Yes. The fit may vary depending on the style, construction, and fabric composition of the garment. For this reason, we recommend that you always check the information on the corresponding product page.

Always follow the instructions on the garment’s care and maintenance label. If in doubt, consult a dry cleaner that specializes in caring for knitwear and fine fabrics.

In general, we recommend storing knitwear clean and folded in a dry place away from direct light. Avoid hanging it for long periods of time, as the weight of the garment could cause it to lose its shape.
