These terms and conditions govern purchases made through valtierri.com. This is without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
2. Products and Information
The key features, composition, sizes, and prices of the products are listed on their respective pages. The images are designed to accurately represent the products, but slight color variations may occur depending on the screen used. Availability is updated as much as technically possible.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. Taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable additional charges are displayed before you confirm your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply, as indicated on the Shipping, Returns, and Refunds page.
4. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the selected products, quantities, personal details, delivery address and payment method. By selecting the “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY” button, the customer submits a binding order involving an obligation to pay and makes an offer to purchase the products in the cart.
The automated email acknowledging receipt of the order serves solely to confirm that the order has been received by the system and to summarize its details; it does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when the customer receives the email in which CCM Maglieria S.r.l. expressly confirms acceptance of and processing of the order, or the shipping confirmation, if received earlier.
The contract may be concluded in Italian or English, depending on the language selected during the purchase. The essential details of the order are stored electronically for contractual, tax, and legal purposes. The customer may save or print these terms and conditions and the order confirmation email; if the customer has an account, they may also view the order details in their personal account area. A copy of the information associated with the order may be requested from info@valtierri.com.
After the order has been submitted, any requests for changes or corrections must be communicated without delay to info@valtierri.com, specifying the order number. We cannot guarantee that changes will be made once preparation or shipping has already begun; if necessary, the order must be canceled, if possible, and replaced with a new order.
If a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the order information is incomplete or clearly incorrect, the customer will be contacted and any amount already collected will be refunded.
5. Payment
Only the payment methods actually displayed on the payment page are accepted. The availability of a payment method may depend on the country, currency, and service provider. Full card details are not processed directly by CCM Maglieria S.r.l., but by the relevant payment service provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping destinations, any applicable costs, and estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout or on the Shipping, Returns, and Refunds page. These estimates do not constitute an absolute guarantee when delays are caused by the carrier, customs inspections, or events beyond the seller’s reasonable control. This is without prejudice to the remedies provided by law in the event of non-delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason, from the Orders section of their account or by writing to info@valtierri.com and by providing the order number. The procedures and conditions for returns are described on the Shipping, Returns, and Refunds page.
8. Refunds
In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever comes first.
9. Legal Warranty of Conformity
Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided for by applicable law. To report a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the customer may contact info@valtierri.com, indicating the order number and describing the problem, preferably with photographs. All non-waivable rights granted to the consumer remain reserved.
10. Accounts and Proper Use of the Website
The customer is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. It is prohibited to use the site for fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any activities that could compromise its security or operation.
11. Intellectual Property
The content, trademarks, photographs, and graphic elements on this website are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced or used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

13. Complaints, ADR, Governing Law, and Disputes
To file a complaint, customers can write to info@valtierri.com, providing your contact information, the order number, and a description of the problem. CCM Maglieria S.r.l. will review the complaint and respond without undue delay.
If the dispute is not resolved directly, the consumer may contact an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed in the official registries maintained by the competent Italian authorities pursuant to Articles 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Updated information and lists are available at website of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. CCM Maglieria S.r.l. participates in an ADR procedure in the cases provided for by law or when agreed upon with the consumer.
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections afforded to the consumer under the law of the country in which the consumer resides. The competent court is determined by the applicable law, including the consumer’s court of jurisdiction where applicable.

The terms and conditions applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of purchase. Any subsequent updates do not retroactively affect contracts that have already been concluded.
